Right of Withdrawal

  This policy only applies if you, as a consumer (§ 13 BGB), conclude a paid Pro plan.
  The free use of PushPig is not affected by this.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. Payment is processed via our payment service provider Polar as "Merchant of Record"; refunds are processed via this account.

As a gesture of goodwill, we waive any compensation for value for the use of the Pro features during the withdrawal period pursuant to § 357a para. 1 BGB. Upon timely withdrawal you receive the full amount paid back, even if you have already used Pro during that time.

  No premature expiry: Even though your Pro access is activated immediately after the
  contract is concluded, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains in full force. We deliberately waive
  the immediate-performance consent possible under § 356 para. 5 BGB, so that
  you can try out Pro risk-free.

Termination instead of Withdrawal

After the right of withdrawal has expired or lapsed, you can terminate your Pro membership at any time as of the end of the current billing period. Termination is carried out directly via the customer portal of our payment service provider Polar, which you can reach in the Settings. There is no pro rata refund of amounts already paid; Pro access remains active until the end of the paid period, after which your account continues on the free Free plan.
