Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR
If you use PushPig in the course of a commercial activity and thereby process personal data of third
parties (e.g. of employees, customers or recipients of your push messages) via our infrastructure, we are
your processor for this data within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. The
Data Processing Agreement takes effect automatically upon your
registration with PushPig — without a separate signature. If required, you can view, print or save the
contract text as a PDF at any time.
Online dispute resolution (ODR) pursuant to Art. 14 (1) ODR Regulation
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Consumer dispute resolution / universal arbitration board
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer
arbitration board (§ 36 (1) No. 1 VSBG).
